As a stroke victum I was not getting the type of exercise necessary for my fingers (for dexterity) hand ( for Strenght) and arm and shoulder for working muscle groups needed. My therapists didn't know what they needed to do .I started to use the power ball and of course dropped it several times and suffered great pain at the beginning However with every use my strength increase to a point today where I have 99% of my movement and strenth back and believe with continued use will regain all of my dexteritiy as well This would not have been possible without the Power Ball The therapists need to learn a thing or two about Technology helping.
