I participate in Renaissance Re-enactment combats. I do a LOT of swordwork with swords weighing close to six pounds. When something goes wrong, the only thing preventing serious injury is your skill and the strength in your wrists, hands, and arms. Within a few days of using the powerball, results are noticeable. I am very pleased with your product and service - I received professional and courteous service from your company, and follow-up e-mails to verify I had received the powerball. I received the powerball within 5 days of the time I ordered, which in truth, was much faster than I had expected. I am also extremely pleased with the results, as I can attest that I have seen a significant increase in the strength in my wrists and forearms. In my golf game, I have not only increased my distances with each club, but I am able swing with a smoother rythym.
